The idea for Vintage Follies was born out of a change of circumstances and the C-19 pandemic. We had a new opportunity, which gave us a chance to think about how we could work and make a living in a different way.

As a couple, we hate waste and love vintage and second-hand. We've scoured flea markets and bric-a-brac shops for many years and learned to find treasure to restore for a contemporary home. 

​

Our focus is mid-century but you will occasionally find other odds and ends that we think will work for you.

​

We buy pre-loved items as much as possible and think it's the way to live for the future of the planet.​

​

We are a couple who juggle careers, family and vintage furniture. This means we don’t have an enormous turnover.  We take our time and choose our items carefully.  We only restore a few items each month,  so our customers keep an eye out for these and often sales happen fast!

It’s worth following us on Facebook or Instagram to get to know when something goes on sale. We tend to add items at the weekend.

Vintage furniture is rarely in an absolutely perfect state ( even though we try to only source the best furniture we can.) If there’s a big purchase that you want, you can come and view before buying,  just ask us. If you want to chat to us or see more photos then we are happy to help.
